✏️ Apply here

We are thrilled to announce our community-oriented, Yoga Alliance-certified, 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at our new home, Wave & See in the heart of Tampa. Classes will take place on Saturday afternoons (12:30-5:30pm) and Thursday evenings (5:30-8:30pm) from October 2nd, 2025 through March 7th, 2026.

Our training is rooted in the traditions of Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. This program is for anyone who wants to learn to confidently teach yoga to ALL beings. We’ll explore how everything fits together—from movement (asana), breath (pranayama), and sound (mantra) to the practical knowledge of anatomy, sequencing, and the business of yoga. We will be guided by the wisdom of the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space.

FLEXIBLE PRICING

We believe yoga education should be accessible to everyone. Our tiered pricing model is a practice of generosity and community support. The options are designed to empower you to choose an amount that is both sustainable for you and honors the value of the training. Choose from five tiers: $1,800, $2,400, $3,000, $3,600, or $4,200. We also offer interest-free monthly payment plans.

STUDENT TESTIMONIALS

Yoga Alliance: 4.99 star rating, 10/10 net promoter score

“The teachers created a super comfortable, nurturing environment to learn. Each teacher complemented each other. So happy we got to teach full classes! Great community feeling. Made great friends!”

“The instructors went above and beyond to craft a beautifully well-rounded yoga teacher training. From asana and anatomy, to sutras and sanskrit, I feel that I’ve learned not only how to sequence a safe and physically fulfilling class for my future students, but also a great deal about yoga philosophy and tradition so that I might offer others something that far exceeds mindful exercise.”
